Shaun Webber - Managing Director

Shaun Webber

Shaun is the Managing Director for Smarttrax Ltd. He has been working in the rail industry since 2003 when he started as a Permanent Way Engineer. He has progressed through various roles including Senior Technical Officer, Principle Technical Engineer, CRE and CEM. He also holds various railway competencies including COSS, Stressing Levels 1 to 3, TQS and track handback level 1 to 4. This experience has given him a great baseline to build Smarttrax LTD.

Terry Gower

Terry is the Technical Director for Smarttrax Ltd. He has worked in the rail industry since 1996. Terry has had various roles including trackman, site engineer, lead engineer, Senior Technical Engineer and Principle Technical Engineer. He also holds various railway competencies including Level 3 Stressing engineer and Linespeed handback level 1 o 4.
